A VEGAN MENU FOR THE HOLIDAYS
At a historic time like this, when we are fighting a pandemic, climate change, the exploitation of land and animals, it is a duty for everyone to think about safeguarding our health and the planet.
In a few days it will be Christmas and it is on the wave of this thought that Eppen, the culture and leisure magazine of Bergamo, has chosen to propose a whole plantbased Menu for the holidays.
In collaboration with Chef Francesco Locatelli, who is from Bergamo like me, we thought of five courses that will satisfy even the most demanding palates.
