La mattina andate di fretta e non avete tempo di mangiare nulla?

La ricetta di questi biscotti è perfetta per una colazione to-go.

Potete portarli con voi al lavoro o mangiarli durante la giornata per fare il pieno di energia. In un solo boccone sono racchiusi tutti i sani nutrienti che potreste ritrovare in un porridge ed essendo privi di zuccheri raffinati, sono perfetti anche per i più piccoli.

INGREDIENTI

  • 50 gr fiocchi di avena
  • 110 gr banana
  • 60 gr burro di arachidi o di mandorle
  • 1 cucchiaio cocco rapè
  • 1 cucchiaio zucchero di cocco (o di canna)
  • 2 cucchiai uvetta sultanina
  • 1 cucchiaio semi di lino
  • 1 cucchiaio semi di chia

– Accendete il forno a 180° statico.

– In una ciotola riducete in purea la banana.

– Unite tutti gli altri ingredienti e mescolate per amalgamarli bene.

– Rivestite una teglia con della carta forno o con un tappetino in silicone. Con l’aiuto di uno spallinatore per gelato, formate 8 biscotti.

– Infornate per 13/15 min, fino a che non saranno dorati. Lasciateli raffreddare completamente prima di consumarli.

– Si conservano fino a tre giorni in una scatola ermetica.

Consigli:
-se la banana fosse molto matura, si può omettere lo zucchero.
-i semi possono essere sostituiti con frutta secca a piacere.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 gr oat flakes
  • 110 gr banana
  • 60 gr peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar (or cane )
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

– Turn on the oven at 180° static.

– Mash the banana in a bowl.

– Add all the other ingredients and stir well to combine them.

– Cover a baking tray with parchment paper or with a silicone mat. With the help of an ice cream scooper, shape 8 cookies.

– Bake them for 13/15 min, until golden brown. Let them cool completely before eating them. 

– They can be stored for up to three days in an airtight container.

Tips:
-If the banana is very ripe, you can avoid the sugar.
-the seeds can be replaced with dried fruit or nuts to taste.
