INGREDIENTI

  • 250 gr latte di cocco
  • 250 gr latte di soia
  • 70 gr zucchero bianco
  • 1 bacca di vaniglia
  • 1.5 gr Agar Agar (gelatina vegetale)

COCONUT DELIGHT

I’m not a Valentine’s fan, and I don’t think I’ve ever celebrated this anniversary in my life. If I love someone, whether it is a partner, a friend or a relative, I prefer to show them spontaneously at another time.

It is precisely for this reason that this dessert is suitable for every season of the year.

A very light coconut cream that can be garnish with thousands of toppings. I went for a strawberries coulis and fresh fruits.

Servings: 4 | Prep. time: 5 mins | Cooking time: 8 mins + 4 hrs rest

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gr coconut milk
  • 250 gr soy milk
  • 70 gr white sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1.5 gr Agar Agar (vegetable gelatine)

– Cut the vanilla along its length.  Open it and scrape the seeds with the tip of a knife.

– Put them in a saucepan with all the other ingredients.

– Bring them to a boil, lower the heat and continue cooking for another three minutes, stirring continuously.

– Remove the cream from the heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes before pouring it into four molds or single-portion cups.

– Let them cool to room temperature, then put them in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving them.

Advice: coconut milk must be the one in the can
